Came in to test drive a car on short notice. Everyone I worked with was very helpful and courteous. I would recommend them, also ask for Forest he was awesome during the entire process.
I had some great help from Forest in Sales working towards a new car to replace my old one. He was able to explain, in thorough detail, what I was curious about throughout the whole process and I can’t thank him enough. He was very kind and helpful. I definitely wasn’t expecting to drive out with such a new car that same day, but we definitely worked it out. I would recommend to anyone to ask for him.

I had a good experience with help from Nathaniel. I felt he really was all about supporting the decisions and working to get through negotiations. Mostly, I appreciated his attention to detail in driving and providing feedback on a van I purchased via his advice from 600 miles away. I felt I could trust Nate. When I arrived, the van was clean, ready to go, and conditioned exactly how they promised. No surprises are always good when purchased from out of state.
The sales managers drive a tough bargain, but ultimately, they are friendly and fair. I'd buy from Bellingham Nissan again.
